이 약관은 에코제이엠(이하 「운영자」)이 운영하는 사내 게시 도구 「밍글로 홍보실」(이하 「도구」)의 이용 조건입니다.

1. 이용 대상

도구는 운영자 소속 담당자만 쓰는 내부 도구이며, 외부에 서비스로 제공하지 않습니다. 운영자가 직접 만들어 운영하는 채널과 계정만 연결합니다.

2. YouTube 서비스 약관

도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 도구로 YouTube 에 영상을 올리는 사람은 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)과 커뮤니티 가이드에 따라야 하며, 도구를 쓰는 것은 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 도구에서 정보가 처리되는 방식은 개인정보처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://www.google.com/policies/privacy)을 따릅니다.

3. 게시 책임

• AI 가 만든 초안은 제안일 뿐이며, 무엇을 올릴지는 담당자가 검토해 정합니다. 담당자가 「게시」를 누르지 않으면 아무것도 올라가지 않습니다.
• 올리는 사람은 그 콘텐츠가 YouTube 서비스 약관을 지키고 다른 사람의 저작권·사생활을 침해하지 않는지 확인합니다.

4. 연결 해제

연결한 채널은 도구의 「연결 해제」나 Google 보안 설정 페이지(https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 언제든 끊을 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Minglo Publishing Desk (the “Tool”), an internal publishing tool operated by EcoJM (에코제이엠).

1. Who may use the Tool

The Tool is used only by EcoJM staff and is not offered as a service to anyone else. It connects only channels and accounts that EcoJM creates and operates itself.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Tool uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), including the YouTube Community Guidelines. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

3. Responsibility for uploads

• AI drafts are suggestions only. A staff member reviews and decides what to publish, and nothing is uploaded until a person presses “Publish”.
• The person uploading confirms that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and does not violate anyone’s copyright or privacy rights.

4. Disconnecting

A connected channel can be disconnected at any time with “Disconnect” in the Tool or through the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
